Looking for an easy, healthy snack that your little ones will love? My Strawberry Yogurt Bites are a breeze to whip-up and are definitely kid-friendly!
Hello again! Lisa here, reporting from Moments With Lisa. Today, I’m very excited to share a new recipe I put together. And you know what? It is SO simple to whip up. My Easy Strawberry Yogurt Bites are a fun, simple snack that is perfect for your kiddos.
An Easy guilt-Free Snack For Kids
My son is a snacker. He loves to munch on snacks all day. I have to admit (with a little bit of guilt) that sometimes those snacks are not too healthy. Once in a while, he’ll get a hold of some chips, popcorn or my famous one bowl chocolate chip cookies, and it makes me want to pull at my hair! So I thought, “Why not have tasty AND healthy snacks readily available for him to reach for?” This is how Strawberry Yogurt Bites came to be.
Why Yogurt Bites?
I noticed that my toddler loves snacks that he can pour into a bowl and then munch on. My frozen yogurt bites are the perfect size to just pop into your mouth!
I made my frozen yogurt bites to be about 1 inch in diameter. You can also make them a bit wider or, if you triple the recipe, you can put them in a lined muffin tin and freeze them to be larger snacks. The freezing time would take longer (about 2 hours).
How to Make Easy Strawberry Yogurt Bites
These yogurt bites are not only a great snack, but your kids will love making them with you!

Can I Use Any Fruit to Make Frozen Yogurt Bites?
The best thing about these frozen yogurt bites is that you can use any fruit that you want. Berries are usually your best bet since they can be pureed so easily – but kiwis and cherries would also do very well!
Can I Use Frozen Fruit for This Recipe?
Absolutely! Frozen fruit are a great option so that you can store them for a longer amount of time. The key with this recipe is to measure the amount of fruit you need and thaw it out before using it to make yogurt bites.
