These low-carb cranberry bars are a yummy holiday treat! They are one of my favorite easy keto snacks because they are high in fiber.

From the baking and parenting to the work I do at home, I need food that will energize me without making my blood sugar go crazy. That’s why I love the keto diet so much. It’s high in healthy fats, protein, and fiber.

These cranberry bars taste like a sweet candy bar but they won’t mess up your blood sugar or kick you out of ketosis. You are going to love this recipe!

You could almost describe these as a sweet keto protein bar. Almond flour is a fantastic natural source of protein.

If you are on keto, you might be thinking, “are cranberries keto-friendly?” By themselves, they are pretty high in carbs.

One cup of raw cranberries contains 8.3g net carbs. If you are going to be eating just one or two bars, there are a lot less than a cup of cranberries in them. When you pair that with the fiber from almond flour, it lowers the overall carb count a lot.

Cranberries are an excellent source of vitamin C and are really beneficial for bladder health. Coconut oil is also really good for you since it’s high in healthy fats that your body needs to stay in ketosis.

Another way to enjoy these delicious cranberry bars is at breakfast. Start out your day with a nice dose of natural sugars and plant-based protein. Your body will love it!

You can store them at room temperature. Just make sure you cover them up completely so they don’t dry out. They will last about 5 days at room temperature.

These bars are freezer-friendly too. Make a large batch, cover them, and freeze them for later. They will last about 6 months in the freezer.

Leftover Cranberries Recipe Ideas

Put those leftover cranberries to use. If you don’t know what to make with them, just make these sweet little keto treats! In fact, you might have to make a double batch – everyone is going to gobble them up!
